Sasy Images Images Film Library represents some very unique footage of wildlife, environment, anthropology and aerial footage.
Our own aerial footage mostly comprises shots from Adrian Warren’s unique Moving Camera Wing Mount, which offers forward facing shots with an option to progressively tilt the camera down to a vertical perspective. Available in the library are aerial shots inside and outside the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, at both high and low level; Lake Natron; Mount Lengai; the Serengeti; the Virunga Volcanoes (home of Mountain Gorillas); and landscapes of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). From South America, we have extensive aerial footage of the Lost World tablelands (Tepuis) of Venezuela and Guyana in South America, featuring Mount Roraima, Auyantepui, Angel Falls, the Sink Holes of Sarisarinama, Rain Forest and many more. For the United Kingdom, we have some footage of cloudscapes and British Landscapes showing field patterns and historical features.
Wildlife, environmental and anthropological footage includes: from Africa, behaviour of Mountain Gorillas, Golden Monkeys, a Serval family, Cheetahs, Lions, Wildebeest, Zebras, Elephants, Black Rhinoceros, Buffalo, Golden Jackals hunting flamingoes, Vultures (including Lappet-faced), and many other species of mammals and birds; from Madagascar, the rare Golden-Crowned Sifaka; from South America, the wildlife and landscapes of the Lost World tepuis, and a unique collection of footage of the Huoarani (Waorani) Indians of Ecuador including their traditional way of life and interviews with the men who took part in the missionary killings of 1956.
See here some sample clips and full list from our collection or you can search our database. Unlike our still images, we are not yet able to offer downloadable footage, please send email if you are interested in licensing any of the footage.
